Photo Printing FAQs & Helpful Tips

  • We are a photography duo, working as a couple, each bringing a distinct way of seeing the world. Our differences in subject matter, composition, and perspective allow us to create a body of work that is both varied and cohesive. Two viewpoints shaped by shared experiences, but guided by individual creative instincts.

Every image is carefully selected, printed, and handled by us, using archival materials and professional fine art processes. We believe that a photograph should be more than decoration; it should hold meaning, invite connection, and stand the test of time. By keeping our process personal and hands-on, we’re able to offer gallery-quality prints that feel considered, authentic, and accessible pieces made to be lived with, not mass-produced.

  • Each fine art print is priced individually, reflecting the materials, production process, and edition type. Costs can vary depending on factors such as paper choice, print size, ink usage, and whether the work is part of an open or limited edition. All prints are produced using archival-quality materials to ensure longevity and consistency, and pricing is set to fairly represent both the craftsmanship involved and the quality of the final piece.

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks across the UK and Europe, and 2–3 weeks to North America. For all other destinations, delivery times may vary but please allow up to four weeks.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. We ship using trusted carriers including DPD, Royal Mail, DHL and UPS, selecting the most efficient and cost-effective option for your location.

  • Care Instructions

This fine art print has been produced using archival pigment inks on Hahnemühle Photo Rag, a museum-grade 100% cotton paper chosen for its longevity, texture, and tonal depth.

To ensure your print remains in excellent condition for years to come, please follow the guidance below:

    Handling

Always handle the print with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves. Avoid touching the printed surface, as natural oils can mark the paper.

    Framing

For best results, frame using acid-free, archival mount board and backing. UV-protective glazing is recommended. Ensure the print does not come into direct contact with the glass.

    Display

Hang away from direct sunlight, strong artificial light, heat sources, and areas of high humidity (such as bathrooms or kitchens). Stable, moderate room conditions are ideal.

    Storage

If unframed, store the print flat or rolled loosely in its original tube, protected by the supplied tracing paper, in a cool, dry environment.

With proper care, this print will retain its quality and character for decades. Minor variations are inherent to the fine art printing process and contribute to the individuality of each piece.
